- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Overall experience so far, not great.The front desk staff is sweet and friendly. Dr. V also very kind. I love that my concerns were taken seriously and how thorough the Dr. Was with testing. My experience with having an endometrial biopsy probably could have been better had I been informed ahead of time how to prepare. I wish someone would have taken the time and consideration to tell me how painful this procedure would be and what to expect during and after the procedure. I would have asked to be premedicated (I had my own inclination to take an ibprophen beforehand just in case and it wasn't even close to what I needed) and taken off work. I was only given instructions on how to prepare for the ultrasound. My other complaint was the drill sargeant of a medical assistant who, in stark contrast to the rest of the staff was loud and abrasive hearding me through like cattle. My advice: Do your own research (extensively) before heading into this place for any procedure and don't be afraid to speak up. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They terminated me for $106. I couldn't pay it on my last visit and have the money now and need to be seen. Called in, they told me they sent a termination letter that was "unclaimed." So they even said I didn't receive it. And I never did. Never got any messages from them or the debt collector they said they sent it to. Real great way to keep clients. Never sending anyone there again. If I don't know about it, how can you terminate me? Won't be paying that bill... On top of that. The last time I was there they went to call me back and the receptionist decided to shout in front of everyone that there was a billing issue because we were discussing my options.
