  This guy is a joke he is my moms doctor and she has been sick now for 2 weeks. An every time she calls to be seen he says go to stat care. Shes been there twice and they tell her to go to her normal physician if she doesnt get better. But she cant cause hes never there or wont fit her in. Doctor Gerardo Cisneros is a joke of a doctor and i am reporting him to the medical board.

  By far the worst Doctor I have EVER seen. First he was an hour late to the appointment. Second when he came in the room he was complaining about his day & life. And the finaly he insulted me, simply because I already had a Neurologist. He started disrespecting me first because. He did not do his OWN job, by obtaining my medical record's from my previous eye doctor. Then went further simply because I have already found a Neurologist that I am comfortable with and I don't want to change this Doctor. Finaly my Mother who was witness to all of these unethical act's was fed up with his disrespect and said let's go. To which "cisneros" replied "yes". I am going to further my actions by reporting him to the proper authority. I am just leaving this review to save you the time & effort he is a terrible person & a worse dr.

  Dr. Cisneros has his own agenda which does not include caring for his patients. He took over for another Dr. who left the practice and Dr. Cisneros would not discuss my current medical conditions even though the previous Dr. had been working with me for over a year. He INSISTED that we start at the beginning and order basic test. One month before this appointment, I went to a specialist and this doctor forwarded my test results to Dr. Cisneros. Dr Cisneros he would not discuss them or even acknowledge them, he INSISTED that I pay for more test because "those test results are another doctor's tests. We need to start at the beginning." It got even worse when Dr. Gerardo Cisneros gave me a 2 minute sales pitch, complete with trial closes and ties downs on why I should see him for the gyno exam instead of sending me to see a specialist. Even more disappointing is The Sister of Charity think this kind of care is appropriate and ok. I spoke with Joyce who handles complaints about Doctors and her response was, "I wasn't there, everyone is entitled to have an opinion about their care." If you have also received poor care from this doctor, feel free to contact me.
